When will I see first meetings booked? (Honest answer)

Honest timeline: 2 weeks domain-warmup + 2 weeks campaign-ramp to full sending volume + 2-4 weeks of optimization based on real reply-data. First meetings usually land inside week 4-6. Month 2-3 is when volume compounds. Anyone promising "30-day results" with cold-email infrastructure is lying.

What's the realistic monthly cost?

What counts as a "qualified meeting" (SQL)?

Pre-defined in kickoff. Standard SQL-definition: prospect showed up to the meeting, fits ICP-criteria (company-size, role, market), and engaged for full meeting-duration. No-shows, accidental-bookings, or off-ICP responders don't count. Quality > Quantity is the rule.

Will it hurt my main domain's reputation?

No. We register and warm secondary sending-domains (typical pattern: brand-co.com main; brand-team.com / try-brand.com / hi-brand.com for sending). Your primary brand-domain stays untouched. Standard infrastructure: 2-10 sending-domains depending on volume tier.

Is this CAN-SPAM compliant?

Yes. Every email includes a working 1-click unsubscribe, your physical business address, and clear sender identification per CAN-SPAM Act §5. We honor CCPA opt-out requests across all sequences. Full audit-trail per prospect (data source, send history, suppression status). We send to verified business-email addresses only - never private/Gmail. State-level rules (California, Virginia, Colorado) handled in your kickoff setup.
