How do I receive the creatives?
A single shared Google Drive folder, structured by brand and asset-type. Static ads and carousels come as raw PNGs (Meta-Ads-Manager ready, no editing required). Videos as MP4. Landing pages as standalone HTML + PDF preview. Newsletter as ESP-ready HTML file. Your media-buying team uploads from there - we never touch your ad-account.
How do iteration rounds work?
One iteration round = one consolidated batch of written feedback from your team, executed within 2 business days. Starter scope includes 2 rounds, ongoing engagements include unlimited rounds. Anything beyond is quoted transparently up front - no surprise invoices.
Who owns the assets after delivery?
Once approved and paid, you receive full perpetual worldwide commercial usage rights to all delivered assets - paid social, organic, email, landing pages, print, retail. No licensing limits, no attribution required, no revocation rights. You can also edit, translate, and re-use the assets freely.
How do you handle Meta ad-policy and FDA / FTC compliance?
Every asset passes a compliance-screen before delivery (FDA, FTC, Meta Advertising Policy, trademark-proximity check). We flag risk explicitly in the Insights Report. We don't certify legal compliance (you keep your legal team for that), but we don't ship anything that breaks obvious rules.
Do you need access to our ad-account or ESP?
No. We deliver standalone assets - raw PNGs, MP4s, HTML files. Your team uploads them. No Meta-Ads-Manager access, no Klaviyo integration, no Shopify backend. We need only your brand URL, 2-3 hero product photos, and your brand colors / fonts. Everything else we research ourselves.
What if the quality doesn't match your showcase?
You don't approve, you don't pay. We carry the production risk - that's the entire reason for the no-upfront-fee model. If the deliverables don't meet the standard you've already seen in our showcase, you walk away with zero fee due. We retain the assets, you retain no usage rights. No invoicing happens until written approval.
